Everyone knows Bigfoot the enormous truck with the huge tires that crushes everything in its path. Contestant descends into 10-foot high tank filled with water and ribbon snakes. Suspended from a 40 ton crane hangs a clear Plexiglas box that is ten feet by ten feet.

Three steel girders are attached to a crane that is 100 feet off the ground - one on top of the other. Contestant walks on broken glass. A car is held up by an electromagnetic crane, waiting for its fall onto a heap of twisted, rusted metal over a hundred feet below.

Our contestants will have to negotiate 70-ton crane with a seesaw suspended from it as they try to grab flags. Contestants sit around a campfire and eat cooked deer, elk, beef or water buffalo pisel (penis). Pisel is considered a delicacy in Asian cultures. Our contestants will try to walk across a series of swings that are dangling 100 feet off the ground and suspended from a gantry crane.

The Big Tujunga Dam towers hundreds of feet high, wedged in a narrow canyon with steep, impenetrable walls. Contestant's head and shoulders will be covered in bees. The contestants will lie in a small Plexiglas coffin which has holes drilled in the bottom and on the sides.

A cargo net approximately eight feet wide and ten to twelve feet long is draped off the back of a stage coach. Contestants take turns playing street hockey goalie (in protective gear) as a hockey puck machine shoots pucks at them. Three wet pipes are suspended by cranes 90 feet up in the air.

Each contestant must exit from a speed boat (driven by a professional stuntman) by grabbing and climbing onto a 20 foot ladder that is hanging out of a helicopter. The contestant in an allotted time has to transfer 1 lb of live mealworms from a Plexiglas container to a scale. Contestants will launch themselves in a car off a 3 foot high ramp, sending them through a break-away stained glass window and back to the ground.

Contestants will climb up 4 stories on a hook and ladder with 70 pounds of gear and feel their way around in a room filled with smoke and darkness. Contestant must lay in a pit for 2 minutes while 3,000 scorpions are dropped on them. Contestants will be put on a platform suspended from a crane 100 feet in the air.

There's a lake high up in the Castaic Hills that no one knows about. Perfect to watch someone fall out of a speeding helicopter. Contestant must consume 10 live slugs and a shot of cow bile. Each contestant must cross between two buildings by placing three planks in front of them on top of two tight ropes as they walk.

In this stunt, contestants must find their way through an urban assault building used for police training. Contestant enters the Sheriff's Department "Confidence Room" and has to complete a task under CS Gas just like a new recruit. The contestant will have to drive his or her car onto the back of a car-carrier as they both drive down a closed highway.

The contestant is placed in an empty plexi container approximately four feet wide and ten feet high. Contestant must eat an entire, 3 pound raw ostrich egg. The contestant will stand in the center of a 25-foot diameter rotating circle of truss, which is suspended from a crane 100 feet in the air.

Each contestant must ride a motorized scooter from one platform to another platform across a 12-inch wide, 60-foot long beam. Contestant picks wrapped gift under a Christmas tree to determine the amount of deer testicles and liquefied 100 year old egg they will consume. A 25 - 30 foot diameter three level structure will be erected in a 50 foot diameter tank that is 15 feet deep.

In this stunt the contestant is hung upside-down by their ankles by two lines under the belly of a helicopter hovering approximately 20 feet over the water. Contestants ride up on horses to stable where they play horseshoes to determine amount of cooked horse rectum they will eat. In this stunt, the contestant will be placed high in the air on a giant 40-foot square truss structure.

In this stunt, contestants must stand on top of a large cylinder perched on two large pieces of truss between two buildings approximately 60 feet off the ground. Contestants, going 2 at a time, round up dead feeder rats using only their mouths and throw them into a bucket. Contestant in the pair with the most rats advances. In this final stunt, each contestant will be strapped into a modified car, but the contestant won't be driving off a parking lot into a pile of boxes or flipping the car upside down.

In this stunt, the contestant will be placed on a 20 foot rope ladder that is attached to one end of a 40 foot long piece of 12 inch square truss. Contestants play a game to determine quantity of food they will have to eat. In this stunt, the contestant must walk across a 12 inch wide and 60 foot long beam suspended 100 feet in the air while wearing a pair of precision stilts approximately two feet high.

In this stunt, the contestant will be standing on top of a vertically hung 25-foot in diameter circle. Contestants play a game tossing pizza pans into big pots to determine which toppings will be on their pizza. In this stunt, contestants will be standing on a 4 x 8 foot platform, approximately 1 foot above the water.

Contestant bobs in tank of cow blood trying to retrieve as many dive rings in two minutes. Contestants shoot blow darts to determine the number of tomato hornworms that they will eat. The contestant crawls through dark tunnels and retrieves 3 dead skunks in as fast a time as possible.

This stunt is a couple's stunt. One of the contestants will be placed in a plexi-glass cabinet. One person retrieves roaches from a big heart-shaped "candy box" using only his or her mouth and transfers it to their partner's mouth, who in turn drops it into another bin. In this stunt, it will be a husband and wife team.

This 30-minute clip show had highlights from animal stunts featured in the first three seasons of Fear Factor. Clips included worms, rats, snakes, bulls, bees, attack dogs, alligators, Madagascar hissing cockroaches, and scorpions.

In this stunt, contestants are standing on the bottom rung of a 20 foot ladder which is attached to a helicopter. Professional piercer sticks needles in contestant. She would use 10 to 20 sterile needles that would exit the skin approximately one inch past the point of entry. Each contestant eats a bowl of smelly cheese covered in laboratory-raised maggots. In this stunts, the contestants will be 70 feet in the air.

In this stunt, the contestant must climb out of a helicopter and down a 20 foot knotted rope. Contestant rides a mechanical bull to determine what bull parts they will eat. In this stunt, a contestant is standing on a piece of truss 20 feet long and 12 inches wide.

In this stunt the contestant is hung upside-down by their ankles by two lines under the belly of a helicopter hovering approximately 20 feet over the water. Contestant enters a large tank (6'x8') of water and fish scales. In this stunt contestants will stand on top of a 40 foot stainless steel tanker truck.

In this stunt, the contestant is in a car sitting atop a 50-foot long flatbed tractor-trailer. Contestant lies in coffin in ground and breathes through a tube as 1000's of night crawlers are dumped over their entire body. In this stunt, the contestant will be standing in a large cylinder approximately 8 feet in diameter and 20 feet long suspended 20 feet in the air over water.

In this stunt, each contestant will be sitting on a motorized go-cart, located on the rooftop of a tall building. Contestant has to throw a basketball into a hoop from four preset marks on the court. In this stunt, the contestants will be strapped to a platform by both ankles and one wrist.

This is a head-to-head competition between 2 contestants. In this stunt, two contestants will be placed in a 10 foot by 10 foot clear plexi-glass box that is divided in the middle by a plexi-glass wall separating each contestant. Contestants race two at a time to see who can be fastest to suck a goat udder, transfer the milk from their mouth to a glass, and then drink down the whole glass once they've filled it to the mark. In this stunt, the contestant will be placed standing in a box that is 3 feet wide, 7 feet high and 2 feet deep.

This stunt will take place on Freemont Street in Las Vegas. Contestant plays a custom-made slot machine to determine which type of cooked eye (cow, fish, sheep, etc) pairs they will have to eat. In this stunt, contestants will climb out on the 29th floor window at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas.

This stunt is a head to head game designed to eliminate one contestant at a time. The three contestants stand in front of a long table with 13 holes. Contestant enters a cylindrical glass tank (4'W x 6'H) filled with water and then 2,500 dead frozen mice are dumped in (30 of the mice are black). In this stunt, the contestant will be standing on a large plexi-glass platform 24 feet long, 20 feet wide, and 100 feet in the air.

In this stunt, we will construct a 4 foot wide, 8 foot high, and approximately 20 foot long plexi-glass hallway 10 feet under the water. Three contestants transfer an assemblyline of items using only their mouths. The two best times advance. In this stunt, the contestant must drive their car up a pipe ramp and off of a 3 story high parking garage.
