Fear Factor

The contestants are standing on the platforms of a 30ft long 10 ft fabricated hand over hand dual monkey bar structure that is suspended under a Bell 212 helicopter approx. 20 feet over the water. A player is placed in a Plexiglas coffin and covered with thousands of leeches. Each player will have to dunk their head into a Plexiglas tank filled with raw Ostrich eggs. In this stunt the contestant is standing on a 15 by 15 foot square platform suspended high in the air, that will begin to swing wildly while also rotating. Contestants will search for rubber boots at the bottom of a bubbling tank of cut up fish parts. The contestants must run their 4-wheel motorcycles off of a 100 foot cliff, with contestants being jerked off of the quad with a safety line.

Contestants will start on the roof of The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas approx. 300 feet above the strip. A tank is filled with Piranha and 10 pig kidneys, 7 of which will need to be picked up off the bottom using only their mouth. The contestants are allowed to eat up to six cave spiders. For every spider they eat (up to six) they will be awarded two gaming chips.

Two taxi cabs will each be suspended from their own crane over 70 above the Las Vegas strip. Player has keys attached to his/her wrists and is placed inside a sealed Plexiglas coffin with thousands of roaches. The contestants will be hung by their ankles from a crane and suspended over a swimming pool approx. 10 feet above the water.

Similar to the HELICOPTER BELLY CRAWL in season two, contestant will be seated in the helicopter and on "go" they crawl out and under the helicopter by grabbing hold of the skids. Players transfer cow hooves out of a tank of Cod Liver Oil and into a tank of Maggots. The contestant must drive their car at approx. 25mph towards another car that has a pipe ramp attached to the front of it.

The contestants will start this game floating in the water. By compressing a cow eye with his/her mouth, the contestant squeezes the juice out of a cooked cow eye and into a glass. The contestant will stand on top of one of two Euclid dump trucks as they travel down the road.

Players are placed into a large plexiglas coffin with several thousand snakes. Eight glass torch-goblets are placed on stone pillars of varying heights. Contestants will bob in a tank filled with cow eyes to recover pig hearts.

Helicopter picks up contestant by their ankles then flies to multiple areas where they will be dunked for approx. 4 to 5 seconds. Contestants transfer a bunch of Fear Factor items (Red worms, Super worms, cow spinal cord, blended pig snouts, pig uterus, cod milt and cow brain) off of a moving conveyer belt and onto a scale. 20 feet above the water contestants will stand inside of a giant ring approx. 10 feet in diameter and 8 inches wide.

The contestant must dive into the water and swim down to a city bus that is submerged. On a large table is a huge mess of dishes, pots and pans. Hidden amongst the dishes are several hundred roaches, five of which will be transferred by mouth into a small Plexiglas box. Players are given fifty cow brains with a FF chip hidden inside ten of the brains. Contestants are standing on the roof of a building. They must make their way across a maze of beams to get to the building on the other side as they release flags along the way.

The contestant is placed in a specially designed clear bag. A tank is filled with millipedes, roaches and worms. In this stunt the contestant is standing on one of four 8-foot tall 16-foot long Plexiglas walls suspended high above the ground.

The contestant will be riding in the back of a truck driving down a pier at approx. 20 mph. Players will have to clear tables one at a time using their face in order to uncover a three-digit combination written on the glass top of each of the tables. The contestant must drive their car under a semi truck going approx. 40 mph.

In this stunt, there will be a boat that is towing three rafts that are spaced approx. 3 feet apart traveling at approx. 20 miles per hour. A 30-foot tunnel is constructed out of a steel cage with a Plexiglas bottom covered in lard, pig's feet, ears, snouts and tails. The child stands under a large metal shower-head and pulls a chain, which releases a stream of sticky corn syrup onto their head. Suspended above the water are three 36 foot long tubes 5 feet apart. The kid must climb through the tubes and traverse to the next via trapeze, monkey bars, or rope swing.

As two Ultra boats travel down the lake side by side approximately four to six feet apart, contestants must leap back and forth from the bed of boats transferring as many flags as they can before falling into the water. Contestant is put into a vat used for stomping on grapes to make wine. As two semi trucks travel down the road side by side the contestant must walk the length of the truck removing flags along the way.

The contestant must slide down two cables approximately100 feet long while standing on a small platform. One at a time, contestants pick gifts from under a Christmas tree. Contestants must swim underneath a 20 foot by 40-foot Plexiglas grid that is lit on fire.

For this twins stunt the two contestants will be placed on a platform floating in the water. On go, a helicopter will fly to the contestants where they will each grab a skid of the helicopter. A Player is chained between two poles and covered with hundreds of thousands of bees. In this twins stunt; both contestants will be seated in the front seat of a car suspended over the water.

The male contestant will be contected to a dune buggy by his ankles. Head to head couples game in which one contestant will have to bury their spouse's head in worms using only their mouth. This stunt will involve two sets of couples, one person from each team will be hanging from the skids of a helicopter approximately 20 feet off the water traveling at 20 mph.

In this stunt, each contestant will be chained to either side of a platform with the contestant having one key to free them from their chains. The first player dunks their head into a tank and retrieves a cows heart with their mouth that they will then place onto a trough flowing with blended roaches, pig parts and cow parts.

In this couples stunt, both partners will hang by their ankles from each end of a 12 foot I-Beam, they will each hold onto one end of a 4 foot knotted rope and be lifted 20 ft over the water. Couples will use their mouths to root around in pies made from wax worms, pigs sromach, fish sauce and duck tongue.

Player A is placed on a dunk tank. In the tank is a mixture of cow parts floating in water (items include: hoofs, hearts, lungs, livers, brains, and tails). One member of the team will be suspended by their ankles underneath a helicopter.

In this stunt, the female contestant will be placed in a cage that is hung from a helicopter and is approx. 20 feet in the air. A dumpster filled with disgusting garbage is placed at one end of an alley.

In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on a 6 inch beam that is suspended high in the air from a crane. Player A is placed in a coffin with 100 chicken feet and is then covered in rats. In this couples stunt one of the team members is hog tied by four ropes and suspended approximately 20 feet over the water.

In this couples stunt, the two contestants are seated in the front of a car. The driver is blind folded and the passenger must navigate for them. Female player is strapped down in a coffin and then covered with 500 Tarantulas. In this stunt, each contestant will be at opposite ends of a lake.

Contestant will exit a helicopter using a cargo net and crawl under the helicopter to a knotted rope, climb down the rope to the bottom, and release a flag and fall to the water. The contestants will be standing on one of two platforms suspended approx. 100 feet in the air. Cooked cow intestines are hung from the ceiling. The contestant must chew through the intestine, then squeeze the fluid out of the intestine and into a glass. The contestants will ride a mini motorcycle across a 10" wide, 40' long beam that is suspended from a crane approx. 70 feet in the air.

Contestant must shimmy out on a pole protruding twenty feet directly out and under the nose of a 212 helicopter. Players will bob in gross cheese for seven objects and then eat five Horse Lubber grasshoppers. Contestants are hung upside down and lowered headfirst into a Plexiglas tank filled with Snowflake Eels. In this stunt contestants must drive one side of their car up on to the back of a moving flat bed semi truck, with only two wheels of their car on the trailer.

The contestant will be put in a 10 foot tall, 3 foot diameter, clear plex-glass tube that will be lifted up and placed just above the water. Contestants will sit in a plexiglas box. Hundreds of snakes will be dumped in followed by hundreds of lizards. In this stunt the contestant will be standing on a 4 foot wide, 80 foot long, plexi-glass incline pirtched on top of a roof 70 feet in the air.

In this couples stunt the contestant will be standing in either end of two large cylinders, approximately 8 feet in diameter and 20 feet long, suspended approximately 20 feet in the air over water. The first player must grab a mouth full of night crawlers, super worms, red worms, millipedes, scorpions and lobster roaches; then place it into a meat grinder using only their mouths. In this siblings stunt one sibling will be inside the tanker truck, that will be filled half way to the top with water and the other sibling will be on top of the tanker truck.

The contestants will be dangling from a rope off the roof of a building. On "go" they rapidly descend vertically down the face of the building at a high rate of speed. Contestants will have to clear a bug splattered car windshield using only their mouth and face. The contestant will be standing on long rotating beam suspended from a crane in the air over the water.

Contestant will stand on top of a truck as it speeds at approx. 30 mph through a tunnel, trying to grab as many flags that are hanging at different heights and different positions along the road. Contestants will shoot potatoes at a target using a shoulder mounted air cannon. The contestant is sitting in a car and given a ring of keys. The contestant must try to find the key that starts the car, while at the same time there are 4 massive front loader tractors driving towards their car.

Contestants will be standing on a 10' x 40' platform 20 feet in the air over a body of water. Contestants will have to play a round of miniature golf to determine the size of a sea cucumber they will have to eat. The contestants will be seated on the back of a jet ski driven by a professional driver.

Contestant will be wrapped in a vest of chains. The contestants will crawl, climb and swim through an obstacle course placed in and out of a swamp with an average depth of 4'. In this stunt the contestant will be sitting in a helicopter flying approx. 20' over the water.

In this team stunt the two contestants will be standing on a platform on top of a building. Players sit in two boxes, one stacked on top of the other. For this final stunt three co-ed couples will be placed on a tight rope spaced approx. 10 feet apart and suspended approx. 15 feet over the water allowing for the couples to fall a safe distance away from each other.

The contestants will be standing on an 18-inch wide, 40 foot long beam approx. 20 ft. over the water. Contestants will have to get mouthfuls of blended wax worms and transfer them through a straw and into a container holding hundreds of house flies. Contestants will be sitting in a car, on go they must drive their car down a path and jump it over one of several flat bed train cars (train will be moving at 10 mph) which will have Fear Factor boxes stacked on it.

The contestants will be standing in a 20' long, 5' diameter, perforated cylinder that is suspended just above the water. Contestant is handcuffed and placed in a clear body bag with air holes and filled with various types of bugs (ex: roaches, beetles, cricket, red worms and superworms). In this stunt we will use the Super 205 helicopter and the support structure we built underneath the helicopter for Wall Under Helicopter.

In this family stunt both the parent and the child will have to cross a wide beam above the water releasing flags along the way.
