Fear Factor

In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended approx. 100 feet in the air. In this couples stunt the contestants will be locked in a 10'x 10'x 10' cage that is divided in half by a plexi-glass wall and hung from a crane over the water. Contestant will have to siphon gross fluid (worms, crickets, cow parts, pig parts etc) out of four containers and into a large funnel. On go one contestant will cross a 6" wide beam 70' above the ground.

In this stunt the contestant is sitting on a bicycle on top of one of two semi trucks that are traveling down a road at approx. 35 miles per hour one in front of the other. Using only their mouths contestants will have to pick-up tomato hornworms and squeeze the juice out of the worm and into a glass. In this stunt the contestant must walk on a 12 inch, 60 foot teeter totter beam from one building to another.

In this pairs stunt; one contestant will be seated in the driver's seat of a stretch limousine, the second contestant will be placed in the trunk. In this pairs stunt; one contestant will be seated in the driver's seat of a stretch limousine, the second contestant will be placed in the trunk. In this couples stunt the female contestant will be tied into their seat and to the steering wheel of a convertible automobile, which will be hanging over a cliff approx 100-feet in the air.

The contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski, traveling at approx. 25 to 30 miles per hour. Contestant is placed in a Plexiglas helmet, which is then filled with water and moray eels. The contestants must ride a platform that is continuously moving up or down, along the way there are 6 stations that they must get off and retrieve a flag and return to the moving platform.

In this team stunt one of the contestants will be locked in a 10'x10'x10' plexi-glass box that will be hung from a crane and lowered into the water leaving approx. 1-foot above the water for breathing. A contestant bobs into a tank of gelatinous fluid for animal tongues. In this team stunt, one of the contestants will be driving the main car and the other contestant will be driving the ramp car along side of a flatbed semi truck.

In this stunt the contestant will be laying on their back bound at their ankles, waist, and one wrist to a 10x10-foot plexi-glass platform that is hung from a helicopter and is approx. 20 feet in the air. Set on the side of a highway, contestants will play a game to determine how much skunk, possum, rattlesnake and armadillo they will have to eat. In this stunt the contestant will have to cross 4, 20 foot rotating beams placing flags along the way.

In this stunt 2 20' poles will be attached and hung off the front end of the Euclid dump truck approx. 25' off the ground and 6' feet apart. A large Plexiglas box is buried in the sand and filled with water and sand. In this stunt the contestants will be standing on a car that is suspended approx. 20' over the water by a crane.

In this stunt the contestant will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and one wrist and locked to the face of a 20-foot diameter wheel that is set approx. half way into the water. Contestants will shoot at giant wall of booze bottles behind a bar with a fully automatic paintball gun. In this stunt the contestant must stand on a swaying platform that is approx. 3' by 3' hanging beneath a helicopter.

Contestants will walk across a twenty-foot long metal truss suspended eight feet above the ground wearing a chain mail suit. Contestants will shoot a flaming arrow from a cross bow at a scarecrow target. Contestant is secured into an upright expanded metal coffin, which is then filled with bugs.

In this couples stunt the contestants will be bound face to face by their wrists to a poll that is attached to a circular plexi-glass platform (approx 3 ft in diameter) hanging under a helicopter. Two contestants are placed into a single Plexiglas helmet filled with thousands of spiders. In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing and bound by their ankles to a platform that is approx. 10'x10' which is attached to a lever that is approx. 30' long and weighted at the opposite end holding the platform in the air.

As the Roosevelt Island tram travels between Manhattan and Roosevelt Island the contestant will climb out of the moving tram and grab hold of a 12'x12' cargo net that is attached to the underbelly of the tram. Contestants will drink a blended shake consisting of deboned deep fried rats. A twenty-foot long by eight foot high plexi-glass wall with a two-inch lip hangs under the helicopter and the contestant must traverse the perimeter of the wall releasing flags along the way.

In this stunt the contestant will be standing on the platform that is suspended from a 20-foot diameter circular truss piece with gymnastics rings hanging all the way around from the bottom of the truss. Contestants will lick bugs off of dangling bug-covered ropes and transfer them onto a scale. In this stunt we will take a 10' long, 4' diameter plexi-glass tube suspended vertically from a crane with the top sealed and the bottom open and submerge in a pool.

In this stunt the contestant will be in a 10' dingy that is being towed behind a 95' schooner sail boat by a 20' x 5' cargo net which is attached to the upper back end or the tail of the schooner. In this stunt the contestants will be standing on a plank that is positioned off the side of a schooner sail boat that is approx. 8' above the water. Contestants are seated around a traditional Thanksgiving dinner table. In this stunt the contestant will start on a platform that is attached to the port side of a schooner sail boat approx. 8' above the water.

In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing on top of a plexi-glass platform that covers the surface area of a water tank that is approx. 12-feet deep. A blindfolded contestant is guided by their partner's verbal commands to a tank filled with leeches from which they will collect the leeches using their mouth. In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing a 12' long, 2' diameter tube that is suspended approx. 100' in the air from a crane.

In this stunt the contestants will be seated in and bound to a chair, by a 4' leg shackle, which is bolted to the floor of a 10'x10'x10' plexi-glass room that will be suspend just over the surface of the water. Dressed in a dog bite protection suit made to look like an elf, contestants must climb out of a specially designed chimney with a bag filled with presents and into an enclosed room. The contestant must drive their car at approx. 35mph towards a pipe ramp.

In this head to head couples stunt the male contestants will be hung by their ankles under individual helicopters. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales.

In this couples stunt the contestants will be standing at a podium on the roof of a 5 story building. The first contestant loads a piece of cow stomach onto a catapult, which will launch the stomach down range to their partner.

In this head to head couples stunt, each team is seated in the front of their own car. Male contestants head is placed through a hole cut into the bottom of a slightly angled plexi-sewer pipe, his arms are shackled around the outside of the pipe.

In this stunt one of the contestants will be seated on a platform approx. 10 feet above the water wearing weighted boots. Laying face down on the floor, contestants' heads are placed in separate medieval looking helmets (one filled with snakes the other with rats).

The contestants will each be standing on the back of a flatbed truck driving down the edge of a pier at approx. 20 mph. Contestant must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires designed to deliver a safe but shocking electrical charge when triggered.

In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on a 6 inch beam that is suspended approx. 12 feet in the air off the sides of a train box car. Set in a fancy banquet room, couples will hand feed each other in an attempt to eat as much disgusting food as they can in a period of thirty minutes.

In this final couples stunt for the one million dollar prize, both contestants will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat as a helicopter settles in overhead. Male contestant is placed in a bamboo cage filled with large bullfrogs, which is then lowered into a pit.

In this couples stunt one teammate will start hanging upside-down from a crane bound by their wrists and ankles approx. 75-feet in the air. Each contestant will pick a card from Joe. The couple with the highest card will determine who gets what cocktail. In this couples stunt two tightropes and two hand lines will be strung parallel of each other from windows of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

In this stunt a rope will be suspended between two helicopters (in the same way that we've previously suspended the heli-beam and the wall). For this stunt, contestants will be standing in a 3' wide by 3'deep by 8' tall cage. Contestants must transfer five electric eels from one tank to another; once all of the eels have been cleared from the first tank they will be able to lift a grate at the bottom reveling a key to a 'box of worms' from which they will transfer the Nightcrawlers using only their mouths onto a scale. In this stunt, the contestants will be driving their stunt car over a ramp car.

For this twins stunt one contestant will be seated in a helicopter and the other will be on a quick release hanging directly under the skids. In this couples stunt one of the partners will be dangling by their ankles just over an above ground tank and the other partner will be hanging by their ankles a couple feet above the ground. Working as a team, couples will tear chunks of meat off of a cow jaw using only their mouths and then run through a 30ft trench filled with cow parts where they will transfer the meat to their partner who will then transfer the meat the remainder of the distance of the trench where they will spit it into a meat grinder. In this pairs stunt, the tanker truck will be filled with three to four feet of water.

Contestants are standing on top of one of two semi trucks traveling approx. 35mph side by side down a road. Contestants will play a game to determine how many disgusting donuts they will have to eat along with a tall glass of curdled milk. In this stunt the contestants will be standing on a 40' by 40' truss structure that is approx. 20' above the water.

In this Miss USA Fear Factor, contestants will be standing on a rectangular beam fifteen feet above the water and must make their way around the structure, trying to release flags while jets of water shoot up through the beam knocking them off balance. Contestant will climb through a 30ft plexi-glass tunnel while a fire hose sprays them with a gross fluid. A 12x12 struss structure will be wrapped on all four sides and bottom by cargo netting and hung beneath a 212 helicopter.

In this couples stunt the first contestant is locked by their waist to the drivers seat and by one of their wrists to the steering wheel. Contestants will play a game to determine the quantity and variety of Fear Factor Sushi (made of various gross items TBD) they will have to eat. For this stunt, a six-inch wide beam will be sticking out perpendicular from a roof top.

In this pairs stunt one forty-foot-long by twelve-inch-wide beam will be hung approximately fifteen feet above another beam with similar dimensions. Contestants are seated at a table behind six covered trays that conceal six different types of Fear Factor Sausage (Leech Sausage, Pig Eye and Blood Sausage, Worm Sausage, Fish Gut and Maggot Sausage, Stink Bug Sausage and Cockroach Sausage). For this "Best Friends" final stunt, both team members will be seated in separate stunt cars on opposite ends of a track, indirectly facing each other.

In this head to head stunt, each contestant will be standing on opposite skids of the same helicopter. Contestants are hogtied with duct tape on the floor of a meat locker. In this Miss USA stunt, contestants will be lying on their backs in a 72-foot-long trough on the roof of a building.

In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on the bottom ledge of an 8' x 8' plexi-glass wall that is suspended 20 feet over the water from a crane. Newlywed couples will have to tear apart a Fear Factor wedding cake filled with Beetles, Red Worms, Nightcrawlers, Super Worms, Fish Guts and Alligator eyes using only their mouths.
