Unable to cut the rough diamond, Lupin finally gets Goemon to do it, which was all part of the mining company's plan. The mining company sends Guinness, the Chameleon Man, to recover the cut diamond. Will Lupin be able to get back the diamond and destroy Guinness' special-alloy tank?!

Fujiko decides to marry Huffner for his jewelry collection, disregarding the rumor that Huffner's brides always die a mysterious death within a few weeks of their wedding. Turns out, he's also a collector of brides and likes them permanently preserved! Instead of getting his jewelry collection, will Fujiko end up as one of Huffner's many corpse brides?

Jigen receives a letter from Sister Angelica and heads to the African country of Borodias. Sister Angelica wants Jigen’s help to rescue Dr. Othello, the leader of the country’s independence movement. However, it’s all a conspiracy by a major world power that’s controlling the situation from the shadows. Will Lupin and his gang be able to solve the mystery behind Dr. Othello’s blue eyes?

The ICPO tries a different approach to capturing Lupin: Astrology. It enlists the help of Marianne, a clairvoyant who can read Lupin's actions using astrological predictions and her crystal ball. Lupin, a non-believer of hocus-pocus and everything unscientific, dismisses Marianne's ability and heads off to steal a royal emerald called "Poseidon's Flame." Will Marianne make him a believer? Whose hand will the emerald end up in?

Fujiko calls Lupin from Professor Pot's lab, but since Lupin is half-asleep, Jigen takes the call instead. Fujiko claims Professor Pot has accidentally invented a robot that manufactures diamonds, but Jigen doesn't believe a word she says and hangs up. Then, Gavotte, a New York City gangster, barges into the lab and takes the robot for his girlfriend. However, all that it will produce is cold water. Can Lupin get the robot back and restore it to working order?!

An armored robot suddenly appears from the sky and raids a jewelry store. The mastermind behind this heist... is Lupin?! Its pilot, Maki Oyamada, explains that it's to show what a dangerous weapon this armored robot could be, but things just don't add up. Will Inspector Zenigata get to the bottom of it all?
