Dar works with the dolphin protectors of an underwater tribe to figure out who killed a friend of his.

The sorceress has been abducted by the Black Apparition, so the Ancient One returns Sharak to his human form so he can help Dar in the rescue mission.

The Golden Phoenix takes human form in order to take revenge on Dar for breaking a promise made by his father.

Something is killing both humans and animals in the forest, something that even has the Terron's scared.

There is dissention amongst the Terron ranks, and Dar has to once again rescue Kyra.
