The staff is horrified by his condition while they work to rehabilitate him. Meanwhile, Kristin must find a foster parent willing to handle such a hard case.

Jessica and Caroline's adoption event at a local shopping mall is wildly successful. Suddenly the staff is facing a public relations nightmare as they scramble to meet the demand for more kittens. Pet Helpers tries to help another local shelter by taking in a large group of dogs. Once they arrive, Donya, Nicole and Bethany realize that they all have health and/or behavior issues, including a feral puppy that needs immediate socialization.
