Margaret is nominated for the &"Golden Arch Support" award for outstanding service in the field of footcare. Bob is a bit jealous. The nomination includes a trip to romantic Quebec City, but Bob is not feeling very romantic.

When an efficiency expert comes to assess the Inner City Dental Clinic, Bob gets "side shifted" out of a job. He then embarks on a journey of self-discovery and group therapy.

When Bob and Margaret have a fender-bender with a local mobster, they accidentally turn him into the police. Mad Dog Malone is not impressed. Will their new security alarm be enough to protect them from harm when Mad Dog is released from prison?

Bob decides to donate his sperm to a local sperm bank. Margaret, already uncomfortable with the idea, is horrified to learn that her co-worker Guinevere will be the lucky recipient of Bob's "donation."
S04:E11 - A Very Fishy Christmas
Bob and Margaret experience a truly Canadian Christmas. First they are asked to dinner at their cousins' Cookie and Melvin's house for Christmas dinner, then they brave a house fire, a turbulent winter storm and the office party.

Bob and Margaret thought they knew everything about their next door neighbours, until Joyce and Trevor introduce them to their grown son, Gary. Gary is on medication and was discharged from the army and has moved back home.
S04:E13 - Outward Bound
Bob joins his male colleagues on a canoe trip to a provincial park. His trip is marred not only by bears and storms but by frequent cell phone calls from Margaret who is left behind at home to deal with some incompetent floor tillers.
