The mills and mines of Lake Cowichan, BC have gradually shut down over the past 25 years, but things are about to change for this small town on the ropes. The famous Sunfest Music festival is making the relatively unknown Lake Cowichan its permanent home, making local business owners overwhelmed, excited, and hopeful for the future.
