We follow the helicopters of the UK’s air ambulance services, as the on-board medics save lives using frontline techniques honed in the world’s toughest warzones. Tonight, the team are pushed to their limits in a bid to save a cardiac arrest victim, an injured motorcyclist is given blood in the helicopter and a young motocross rider fears he may lose his foot.
