Rose Kopp lives in sunny Hawaii, but somewhere else in the country, the spirit of a murdered woman desperately needs her help. After an elderly woman dies in Louisiana, it is up to Kopp to figure out the identity of the widow's killer.

A teenager disappears in Malvern, Arkansas, and his father assists the FBI in the search for his son. A psychic named Carol Pate soon joins the manhunt by using "remote viewing" to discover what happened to the boy.

A tax collector named Walter Sullivan disappears in Montana, and a week later, his corpse is found at a bottom of a cliff. Forensic evidence discloses that Sullivan was brutally murdered, and the case grows cold over the next five years.

A New York senior becomes a lethal stabbing victim, and the case grows cold for the next two years. Police know who committed the murder, but the department lacks the evidence to convict the person.

A nightclub owner named William Rudy disappears, and police believe that the businessman, who has many aliases, went on vacation without telling anyone. Rudy's final seeks the help of a psychic to discover what really happened to her future husband.

Psychic Noreen Renier arrives at a university in Staunton, Virginia, and she becomes involved in helping police find a serial rapist that stalks the campus. The physic finds herself in a race to catch the rapist before he finds his next victim.

Police find two Canadian girls murdered in a small town. Baffled detectives turn to famous psychic, Noreen Renier, to help identify the murderer. A conflict develops between Reiner's visions and the forensic evidence found at the crime scenes.
