Season 1
S01:E01 - The Flamingo Has Landed / Pancake Panic
After a disastrous visit to the comic book store, Milo Powell decides to save kids from being all "overwhelmed and downtrodden and stuff" by becoming a superhero and using novelty items as superpowers. Will he succeed on this, his way-important first mission? While the Captain engages in a risky struggle against an adult-sized stack of pancakes, the evil Warrior Monkey takes off with Rutger. Will the Captain be able to save Rutger and Pancake Day, too? And will the Captain's banana nut pancakes come into play? We're betting so.
S01:E02 - Sink or Swim / Basement of Yuck
Hampered by his giant, hot grandma sweater, the Captain struggles to free a kid's bathing suit from the jaws of a pool-bot monster in the mysterious and uncharted deep end of the pool. The Captain faces off against a gargantuan basement spider to rescue Max's baseball mitt from the scary, scary basement. But what about the Captain's French horn recital? The one he hasn't practiced for! At all! Who will save him from that? Hint: somebody tiny and pink who probably wears a cape.
S01:E03 - Beyond the Thundermonkey Dome / Gum Control
The Warrior Monkey returns! With wedgies for all the kids in the hood! And that stinks, but not as much as Thor's diaper, which the Captain must change, and soon, before it, like, explodes. How will the Captain save the day? Hint: it involves a monocle, a poopy diaper and space travel. Right when the Captain's in the middle of a Space Slacker Card trade with Cousin Wendell, Kirsten pops the biggest bubblegum bubble ever all over her face! And stuff's, like, sticking to it! And not just bugs and dandelion fluff - cats and bushes and school buses, too! Can the Captain save Kirsten and wow his heroes, the Space Slackers, at the same time? Are flamingos pink?
S01:E04 - Water You Worried About / Portrait of the Superhero as a Young Flamingo
Saddled with a very full, ahem, bladder from a root-beer-soaked celebration, the Captain must save Rutger from his dad's Super-Snake-Sprayer watering system. Is there anything worse than the sound of running water when you gotta go? Hint: nope. It's family portrait day and all the Captain has to do is stay clean until the picture. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, except Avi starts an avalanche on underpants washing day and must be rescued. Will the Captain's dress-up outfit take a messy beating? Or will it be the Captain's loyal sidekick, Lizbeth, who takes the hit?
S01:E05 - I Scream, You Scram / Ball of Confusion
The Captain has his heart set on a giant K2 Kone that he's been saving up for all summer. So when Owen-Only calls out to be rescued from his runaway rollerblades just as the Captain reaches the head of the ice cream line, he has a tough choice to make. Will the Captain do the right thing and help Owen-Only? And will he even break the space-time-ice-cream continuum along the way? Watch and see. The Captain and Wendell face off on the mini-putt golf course, and it looks like Wendell's going to win until -- uh-oh flamingo! Max has been trapped by a "never-stops-bouncing-ball" run amok! Can the Captain save Max and his mini-golf rep in one easy blow? Well, no, it's not going to be easy. Is it ever?
S01:E06 - Ack! Give My Backpack Back, Jack / Appointment Terror
Oh no! The Captain's lost his backpack of powerful novelty items just as Rutger calls out for help. Seems nefarious squirrels have taken over his tree house! And if that weren't bad enough, they're fighting the Captain with his own novelty items from his own backpack - which they're holding hostage. Has ever there been a bleaker day? Finally the Captain and Lizbeth get to see how their favourite scary movie ends when it comes to the Saturday matinee monster movie. Except, uh-oh! A kid's in trouble. It seems that Tabitha has lost her electronic overscheduler. Faced with a moment of underachievement, she freaks. Can the Captain find the overscheduler, plus wrestle a hydrangea and make it back in time to see the movie? Here's hoping...
