My Kitchen Rules

The MY KITCHEN RULES teams embark on an adventure tonight, trekking to Western Australia to work with some of the freshest ingredients on offer. Their first port of call is Broome and the spectacular Cable Beach. Here teams must fish and catch as much seafood as possible to gain the advantage. The team which catches the heaviest load will have the first choice of ingredients to cook with as they prepare dinner over open fires for 40 tourists on spectacular Cable Beach. The team with the highest score will win the People’s Choice award and be safe from the next elimination. The weakest team, as chosen by the judges, will head straight to the next Sudden Death Cook-Off.
