This time on Conviction Kitchen...After opening the first Conviction Restaurant in Toronto, world-renowned chef Marc Thuet, and his wife Biana Zorich are doing it all over again in Vancouver. But with just two weeks until opening night, they still have to train 12 ex-cons and find a venue.

This time on Conviction Kitchen...With the restaurant opening in just four days, the power struggle between Biana and owner Daniel goes from bad to worse, another trainee goes AWOL, Biana’s team gets a major service challenge, and with time running out, the dining room is a mess and there aren’t even enough plates in the kitchen!

This time on Conviction Kitchen...The restaurant has just opened and it’s already in trouble. And while the team deals with flaring tempers, a locker room thief, and the daily stresses of running a restaurant, not one, but two renowned food critics show up in the dining room at the same time!

This time on Conviction Kitchen...The trainees struggle when Biana and Marc leave them in charge for the first time; four new recruits join the project; Biana implements a risky scheme to drum up business; and, there’s a heartbreaking reunion when the team hands out meals to the homeless.

This time on Conviction Kitchen...Marc and Biana leave the trainees in charge of the restaurant on a very busy night with chaotic results! Also in this episode...Marc’s right-hand woman gets injured and is told to take a break, a martini promotion backfires at the bar, and a few minor mistakes have Biana’s star employee heading out the door.

This time on Conviction Kitchen...With just a few days to go until the end of the project, Marc and Biana plan a special dinner service for the trainees’ friends and family. Also in this episode...Justin returns with renewed determination to beat his addiction, but then disappears again; Biana enters Conviction in the gay pride parade; Maggie challenges management about tips; and Marc is furious when the kitchen is inundated with complaints.
