La La's Full Court Life

La La’s life is at its zenith right now with a career in high gear, a thriving makeup line, an adoring husband and son, and a new clothing line about to launch. And to top it all off, this role model to millions is about to add “accomplished author” to her list of credentials when her first book hits the stores. But things get uncomfortable when she’s pushed to share more intimate details of her relationship than she is willing to include, and a fight with her best friend and cousin, Dice, doesn’t make things any easier.

With their careers in the spotlight and their names constantly in the news, The Anthonys do not lead a “normal” life. So when six-year-old Kiyan is invited to audition for a national ad campaign, La must decide if this exposure is too much for her son. Po has her own parental issues to deal with when she looks into what it would take to start her own family – and ends up reaching out to her estranged father.

Having La La for a best friend comes with a ton of perks, but it also means that Po is basically forced to live a double life – in public, she runs with the rich and the famous but in private she barely scrapes by and is sleeping on an air mattress in her empty Brooklyn apartment. Frustrated when La tries to take over furnishing the apartment, Po decides to take matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, La is willing to do whatever it takes – including going out in public with no makeup – in order to turn Dice into every straight man’s fantasy for a day.

La La is one of the select few who has been hand picked by Vogue’s all mighty, Anna Wintour, to attend the hottest fashion event in town – the annual Met Ball gala. However, La’s love for sweets means fitting into her custom made designer Zac Posen dress may be more of a challenge than she thought. So it’s time to kick the weight loss into high gear…and naturally she’s forcing her cousin Dice to join – and get a colonic!

An on-court fight between Carmelo and another NBA player means La La’s name is splashed all over the front pages, again. Addicted to her phone and obsessed over all of the stories, La’s friends join her in giving up all things digital until the whole thing blows over...but will she make it?

La’s dream of being a movie start is finally coming true. She learns that her small role in the blockbuster Think Like a Man as been turned into a leading role for the sequel, Think Like A Man Too! But when you’re a lead in a movie there’s a lot more asked of you. With La La is stuck on set in Las Vegas without her husband, son, or any friends to keep her company, her dream quickly becomes a nightmare.

When Carmelo – who is stuck in New York – finds out that his wife, La La, is struggling with being away from home for so long, he comes to the rescue by sending a series of fun surprises and challenges her way all via the people she loves the most. But, is La prepared for the final surprise? Meanwhile, Po has a surprise of her own when she announces that she is getting a nose job!
