My Kitchen Rules UK

Michelin starred chef Michael Caines and culinary legend Prue Leith present a new entertaining series. They will be judging 16 pairs of inspired amateur cooks who open their own restaurant at home for one ambitious night, in a bid to scoop the £10,000 prize and the right to say, ‘My Kitchen Rules.’ My Kitchen Rules UK is about real people with a real passion for food. Teams of two cook a three-course restaurant standard meal against the clock for their rival teams and the judges to experience and score. Dishes served late will have points taken off. With all four teams from the South having completed their themed restaurant at home, the competition now moves up a gear to Kitchen Headquarters where the scores will be revealed. The highest-scoring team of the week has won immunity and has the privilege of watching the two mid-ranking teams battle for survival in a cook-off. Michael and Prue will be joined by guest judge, Allegra McEvedy, founder of fresh food takeaway Leon, who will also set one of the cooking challenges.
