S01:E01 - By the Beach
In episode 1 of Duncan's Thai Kitchen, Duncan travels to the white sandy beaches that line the gulf of Thailand, and visit the bustling night markets in Hua Hin and Chantaburi.
S01:E02 - An Endless City
After travelling north to Bangkok, Duncan cooks a roasted red duck curry at a Royal residence before taking to the streets to cook some of famous street food.
S01:E03 - Going Organic
Travelling east from Bangkok, Duncan travels to the floating markets at Samut Songkhram to have boat Noodles before heading to the Organic farms in Nakhom Pathom.
S01:E04 - Bridge of History
Episode 4 takes us to Kanchanaburi where Duncan visits the world famous Bridge over the River Kwai, cooks amazing river prawns in red curry, takes a visit to the war memorial and then travels to the Ancient city of Ayutthaya to visit the Majestic Ruins.

Duncan cooks blazing red grilled prawns at the Ang Thong seafood markets before visiting Pra Saat Hin, one of the most sacred ruins in eastern Thailand.

Duncan returns home to his family village in Phimai surrounded by lush rice fields and has chance to cook for his family and the people in the village..

Duncan visits the mighty Mekong River to cook a wild chicken curry by the Moonlight Waterfalls before heading to the industrial city of Khon Khean.
