This no equipment ab workout will help you burn fat and show off those abdominal muscles! We all have a six pack hidden under a layer of fat. This workout helps with burning off some of that fat and developing stronger ab muscles. Do plenty of cardio and keep a clean diet to shed that extra layer of fat and achieve maximum results. Do this workout 2-3 times a week on nonconsecutive days and increase reps as you progress.
