Riley’s having a great semester. He’s even taking lifeguard training to prepare for a summer job. But when Riley’s close attention to cute lifeguard leader Sam lands him in an uncomfortable situation – like, have-to-jump-in-the-pool-to-disguise-it uncomfortable - he becomes the object of a lot of teasing. Especially when everyone learns Sam is gay – and proud.

News travels fast about Riley and Sam’s big fight. Riley doesn’t think much of it – until rumours start spreading that Sam was gay-bashed.

It’s Matchmaker week at Degrassi and Declan’s not interested in a serious relationship. The Diplomat brat is here for a good time, not a long time.
