Season 4 Episode 12 - Episode 12
The series comes to a spectacular climax as Gordon travels to Iceland and the Sierra Nevada in Spain, and makes an emotional return to his old football club in Scotland. In the restaurant Gordon takes on the ultimate challenge - cooking one of Janet's veal calves for 50 vegetarians who want to try meat again; he goes "sky-fishing" for puffin off the cliffs of Iceland; he returns to Rangers Football Club to teach them how to cook a delicious, healthy poached chicken with bean and fennel salad; he travels to southern Spain to find out about one of the world's first organic caviar farms; and in the recipe challenge Graham Norton and Gordon compete to have their roasted peach dish served to the diners for dessert. The winning brigade from the series return to cook three luxurious dishes that everyone can cook at home: a starter of lobster and caviar with new potatoes and a truffle mayonnaise, a main course of veal marsala with sautéed vegetables (made with meat from one of Janet's veal calves), and the winning dessert from Gordon's recipe challenge with Graham Norton.
