Rob and Sean climb into the ring to learn how to become a professional wrestler. Some ECCW wrestlers show them the ropes.

Rob and Sean spend a day at the spa… working. At the spa, the guys learn how to do a pedicure, an upper lip wax, and how to cut long straight hair.

Rob and Sean take to the kitchen to learn to be chefs. Guided by the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts the guys have to prepare a main dish.

Rob and Sean spend the day in the garden – Van Dusen Botanical Gardens. After a tour of the facility, the guys get to work.
