Pressure Test - They each have to make a Smoke Salmon Terrine & Hazelnut Salad in 1.5 hours. After struggle through they all magae to plate up impressive dishes.

Celeb Chef Challenge - Justine as winner of the pairs invention challenge faces Celeb Chef Matt Moran .

The remaining 6 contestants are faced with a surprise challenge, catering for a wedding, but before they can think about that they have to make the wedding cake, they have approximately 12 hours.

Sam & Poh as the bottom 2 from the wedding challenge face a taste off. A sudden death challenge where the smallest slip up could mean the end of the challenge.

The final 5 contestants head to Hong Kong for the week. They arrive in HK to be greeted by a Chinese Dragon & the judges at the luxurious Langham place hotel where they will stay in the pent house.

The contestants are split into 2 groups (Andre, Justine & Julie) are taken to Lamma Island where they have to cook off against a mysterious guest cheff, that turns out to be Lucas.

Celeb Chef Challenge Hong Kong style. Julie as winner of the Lamma Island challenge will face of against Celeb Chef Donovan Cooke, but in a twist she instead cooks off against his top apprentice Pak.

Mystery Box & Super Challenge. Today the final contestants fight it out for the chance to make the final 4. they start out with a Mystery Box Challenge with each contestant having a different key ingredient, they need to embody the spirit of Hong Kong and Impress the judges, for the successful contestant a free pass to the final 4.

Pressure Test & Elimination. Bottom Justine & Julie face the Pressure test. They each have to make a Sweet & Sour Duck Stir Fry in 30 minutes.

Masterclass, contestants assemble at MCK and are taught by Gary & George. Today they are joined by Julia & Lucas. Julia teaches a dish. They learn about things that they could have all done better in the past challenges. 1) Braised Pork Belly & Scallops 2) Stir Fry, 3) Pizza, 4) Date Scones

Mystery Box Challenge - Beef mince, pita pockets, lasagne sheets, baby cos lettuce, red capsicum, Vintage tasty cheese, Passata, chicken stock, Greek yoghurt, long green onion.they each have 30 minutes to make their own dish, using some or all of the ingredients,

Dream Menu - Without the pressure of elimination today the contestants have almost free reign to put together their own dream menue, they must show their skills and produce dishes that they would put on the menu of their own restaurant.

Celeb Chef Challenge - Andre as winner of the Romance Invention challenge faces Celeb Chef Emmanual Stroobant. They both cook Scampi with Mushrooms and Potatoes made with all Tasmanian ingredients.

Offsite Challenge on The Navy ship - The remaining 4 contestants are joined by Judges choice returning contestants to cater for the crew of HMAS Kanimbla. Justine, Tom & Poh return to the competition and their first challenge back is to cater for 200 sailors.

Taste Test Elimination - Sam & Tom as the bottom 2 from the Navy challenge face a taste off. A sudden death challenge where the smallest slip up could mean the end. They both need to identify ingredients in a Moousaka, whoever gets an ingredient wrong first is eliminated.

Masterclass, contestants assemble at MCK and are taught by Gary & George.once again they are joined by Julia & Lucas. Lucas teaches a dish this week They learn about things that they could have all done better in the past challenges.

Mystery Box Challenge, contestants are given the basics for sausage making, they choose from an aray of ingredients to come up with their own unique sausage.

Pressure Test & Judges elimination - Bottom 4 Andre, Poh, Sam & Chris face one of the most difficult pressure tests yet, they have to make a Vanilla Panacotta with Macarons.

It's the final Celeb Chef Challenge and Julie as winner of the Christmas in July challenge faces Celeb Chef Adrian Richardson. They both cook a stuffed loin of saltbush lamb with Pommes Gallete and a beetroot glaze.

The remaining 5 contestants prepare for an amazing Challenge cooking for some of the pioneers of food in Australia. They each have to come up with their own menus and make 5 identical dishes for their guests.

The top 6 scramble to buy their ingredients and get cooking, There are 3 soups, an omelete, salmon & a Roti. Julia wins best dish and chooses Goat as the key ingredients for the Greek themed Invention Challenge. They each have 2 minute to choose 15 ingredients from the Pantry to make their dishes.

Mystery Box Elimination - The contestants are told that as of today someone will be eliminated each day until they are down to the final 2. The ingredients of the Mystery Box are revealed to the others along with Chris's advantage.

Invention Test elimination, with Poh's chosen Theme Malaysian and key ingredients Ling & Coconut milk the contestants need to come up with a creative apetising dish to impress the judges and guest judge Matt Moran.

Bill Granger joins the judges in tonights pressure test elimination. With only 4 contestants remaining the pressure is really on. They will each have to cook a gourmet cake revealed by Adriano Zumbo.

Tonight is the final chance to impress if the final 3 want to make it the the Finale. With Guest Judge Donna Hay, They know the pressure is on. They will each have to come up with their own cook book, the story behind it, the title, the cover dish, as well as a few other dishes that the book will contain.

The top 20 Masterchef finalists return to the MCK for their final Masterclass. George and Gary catch up with some of the contestants to see what they have been up too.

The Final 2 Julie & Poh battle it out in a 3 round Final. All elimiated contestants return to watch and cheer on the final 2. Round 1 is a taste test, Julie comes out in front with 12 points to Poh's 11. Going into round 2 Julie has a narrow lead as they cook off in an invention test with Chicken. They not only need to impress George, Gary & Matt, but also guest judge Curtis Stone.
