Season 1 Episode 10 - Bric-a-Brac
Jane the Horse is taking lessons in ikebana, calligraphy, martial arts and contemplation from Akira the Rabbit. Jane leaps into action with all her energy and enthusiasm, but all Akira tells her is one word: Bric-a-brac. Does Jane understand true meaning of this word? And is it really good to be in a hurry when trying to master an art?

S01:E01 - Red Balloon
On New Year’s Eve, a brave red balloon flew away from an ordinary grey city up to the Light country. This country is a magical one: it flies in the sky and gives wings to everyone who lives there. The balloon will meet Prabu the Elephant, Jose the Dog, Ted the Bear, Mustafa the Cat, Akira the Rabbit, Zoya the Cow, Jane the Horse, Sophie the Pig, Che the Turtle and Tembe the Fish!
S01:E02 - Habit
Sophie the Pig has a very poetical personality and falls in love very easily. At the moment she is fascinated by Ted the Bear. Even his habit of putting the paw into his mouth seems cute to her. Unfortunately, Ted pays no attention to poor Sophie! So she goes to Che the Turtle to ask for a piece of her advice.
S01:E03 - Nothing
Che the Turtle has lost something. She’s been looking everywhere and turned her house upside down, but it resulted in nothing. Fortunately, Prabu the Elephant got round. He knows for sure that when you can't do anything you should stop worrying and just do nothing. The best solution to such situations is just to sit down and have a cup of tea.
S01:E04 - Thinking of Laundry
Every citizen of the Light country helps others in different chores. Jane the Horse and Zoya the Cow do the laundry. Usually they really enjoy the process, but this time is different. The reason is a big dancing party that is being organized in the town! Zoya has even prepared a special dance for this occasion. So Jane tells Zoya to go to the party, while she stays in and finishes the laundry.
S01:E05 - It's All Right
Jose the Dog writes a new song, but he seems to be having difficulties in finding a good rhyme. His friend, Prabu the Elephant believes that Jose must have started off on the wrong foot. Prabu thinks that finding a rhyme is easy; one just needs to understand which foot is the right one. This task, which looks so easy at the first glance, appears to be very difficult for Jose.
S01:E06 - Storm
Tembe the Fish teaches his children to fly. There is a long way still from the most difficult task – the jump off the lighthouse. Mais, Tembe’s youngest son is sure he can fly, so he climbs up the lighthouse and jumps. Tembe manages to catch him in the very nick of time and punishes him. Mais decides to leave home, but finds a suitcase with his father’s first wings.
S01:E07 - Treasure
Mais the Fish, Prabu the Elephant, Akira the Rabbit, Sophie the Pig and Jane the Horse play pirates. Of course, there is no true pirate without a treasure map! Friends go on a treasure hunt, but in mid-course they discover that everyone imagines a treasure differently. For someone a treasure is a pack of candy and for someone else it is a flower field.
S01:E08 - Jose Is Not the Same
Jose the Dog is always ready to help his friends. He likes to be useful and that makes him give promises right and left. One day the amount of these promises becomes so huge, that Jose starts worrying. He won't be able to keep all the promises unless he is present everywhere at the same time. It seems impossible, but Jose may know the way to do it!
S01:E09 - Instruments
Senya is a boy who’s come to the Light country for vacations. He is learning to play music; together with his friends Ted the Bear, Prabu the Elephant, Zoya the Cow and Akira the Rabbit. One day, Senya gets so carried away by the music and the game that he accidentally breaks Akira’s flute. The boy decides to make a new flute himself and goes to Ted’s workshop.
S01:E10 - Bric-a-Brac

S01:E11 - This Is Shakespeare
Jose the Dog is directing a play by William Shakespeare in the Theatre of the Light country. He also performs the part of Romeo and so he is rather stressed, although he tries to keep everything under control. As luck would have it, everything goes wrong; Juliette falls ill, Romeo’s costume isn't quite ready and the lines slip Jose’s memory.
S01:E12 - ОLd Tune
Once, when Che the Turtle was shopping at the market, she noticed someone, who looked very familiar. She started in pursuit of this stranger, but lost sight of him. Still, Che is absolutely sure that it’s him, someone whom she knew a very long time ago. There is only one way to find out: to play a special song on the radio.
S01:E13 - Old Oak (Pt. 1)
Ted the Bear and Sophie the Pig go to meet Ted’s old friend. This friend appears to be an age-old oak, which has recently been brought down by lightning. Ted tells Sophie the story of this oak, which had started long before the Light country appeared, and the story of their friendship, that lasted for many years and had both moments of joy and sadness.
S01:E14 - Old Oak (Pt. 2)
Ted the Bear and Sophie the Pig go to meet Ted’s old friend. This friend appears to be an age-old oak, which has recently been brought down by lightning. Ted tells Sophie the story of this oak, which had started long before the Light country appeared, and the story of their friendship, that lasted for many years and had both moments of joy and sadness.
S01:E15 - Smile
Sophie the Pig has a magical greenhouse; different toys and musical instruments grow in there! What makes this magic happen? Perhaps, it’s Sophie’s happy smile. One day Sophie gets very upset and stops smiling, and her magical plants immediately begin to wilt. This upsets Sophie even more and so her plants wilt even more. How to release from this endless circle?
S01:E16 - Without Wings
It’s the Light country’s Birthday! All the citizens arrange a big party with lemonade and treats. Everybody tells stories about the first wings that this magical country gave to them. Sophie the Pig is late, as usual. She can't decide which pair of wings to choose, because she’s got so many of them. Finally she finds exactly what fits the occasion, and rushes to the party.
S01:E17 - Fa
Mustafa the Cat is very upset, he has lost note Fa. He goes to his friend, Ted the Bear, to ask for help, but Ted doesn't seem to quite understand what can happen if Fantasy, Fava beans and even an entire planet Phaeton disappear. Will friends understand each other and find the lost note?
S01:E18 - Crocodile on the Moon
The entire world is thrilled by the amazing news of the aliens, flying to meet us in space. They say that these aliens look like crocodiles and communicate through music, poetry and dance. That is why crocodile Celentano is flying to the Moon to establish contact with them. The attention of all the citizens of the Light country is locked on tv broadcasting of Celentano’s flight.
