S01:E01 - Meltylancer Reunites!
A mysterious giant robot attacked from space and began to cause destruction to the land. It was being operated by Vanessa, a mad college student. To handle the situation, former Lancers were called together to reform Melty Lancers. The Lancers were able to defeat Vanessa, however, countless small bits released by the giant robot continue to attack!
S01:E02 - Pursue the Mysterious Gene Snatchers
The new branch of Melty Lancer was in the middle of the slums. The new commander, who was waiting for them, was also a man with a past. Former Earth Army Colonel Collins, greets them with an irreverent attitude and gives off a terrifying irony. Collin sends the Melty Lancer's to control traffic and find lost cats.

However, the cult training tour was a place to collect genes from the people who gathered. Jun and Sakuya seemed to have successfully infiltrated, but were actually trapped by the Defiant.

Lancers safely returned to the EMP Engineering Laboratory during a battle with the Defiant in Titan due to the spatial transfer ordered by Commander Collins.
