S01:E06 - 10 Min Abs Workout
This no equipment abs workout is less than 10 minutes long and will have your abdominal muscles burning like crazy! 7 exercises to fire up your core, while toning and trimming all those pesky problem areas. This routine uses all major abdominal muscle groups so you'll probably drip a little sweat here and there as well. Get ready to blast belly fat and strengthen your core, no matter where you are! Mat is optional and moves require very little space.
