The clip begins with a rabbit eating carrots which contain vitamin A. Other foods which also contain V-A appear later on. The benefits to health resulting from V-A are explained to the audience. It closes with a food chart.

Cats drink milk. Milk, eggs and other food items which contain V-B2 strengthen bones and nails, improve your general attitude and cheer you up.
S01:E04 - Vitamin B3
Some sorts of fish and milk products, as well as peanuts, pepper, tomato, melon, meat and eggs are very rich in V-B3. They protect sensitive skin, strengthen your stomach and awake the genius in you. Dolphins eat lots of fish and they are therefore strong and cheerful!
S01:E05 - Vitamin B5
Giraffes grow huge. This is because they are vegetarian. Vegetables, meat, walnuts, almonds, fruit, egg yoke, cereals and milk products contain V-B5. These food items help you get bigger and cheerful.
S01:E06 - Vitamin B6
Seals have a strong immune system because they eat codfish. Vitamin B6 can be found in cod, chicken, cheese, eggs, potatoes, nuts, sardines, tuna and avocados. V-B6 helps in the formation of red globules to grow strong and healthy.
S01:E07 - Vitamin B8
Monkeys never lose hair because they eat fruit. Walnuts, fruit, tomatoes, green beans, rice, eggs and peanuts contain V-B8 which makes hair grow strong and prevents skin rushes.
S01:E08 - Vitamin B9
Turtles eat vegetables in order to build a strong immune system. Vegetables contain lots of V-B9, also to be found in mushrooms, tomatoes, soya beans, oranges, avocadoes, rice, beans, eggs and cereals. V-B9 makes us strong against illnesses.

The penguin in this episode has a cold because he cannot find any fruit where he lives. Strawberries, kiwis, oranges, melon, tomato, pepper, cauliflower and green beans contain Vitamin C to prevent you from catching colds or having healthy teeth.
S01:E11 - Vitamin D
What do sharks eat in order to have such strong and healthy teeth? They eat lots of tuna and blue fish where he will find Vitamin D. Also eggs, milk products and sun-bathing will provide us with Vitamin D so that we can have strong teeth and bones.
S01:E12 - Vitamin E
Koalas sleep a lot because they do not eat spinach. Spinach, asparagus, egg yoke, avocadoes, sweet potatoes, oil, soya, nuts and popcorn contain V-E and provide us with vitality.
S01:E13 - Vitamin K
When lizards lose their tails, they quickly get new ones: this is because they eat vegetables which along with potatoes, carrots, fruit, bread and cereals, contain lots of V-K to help scarves and wounds cure fast.
S01:E14 - Calcium
Cheese makes mice strong because it contains Calcium, also found in milk, yogurt, sardines, parsley, vegetables and nuts. Calcium strengthens our bones, teeth and protects our skin from diseases.
S01:E15 - Cobalt
Kangaroos can jump and run so quickly simply because their diet is based on fruit, lentils, fish, meat, onion, eggs and milk products, which contain Cobalt. This mineral keeps nerves and tendons healthy.
S01:E16 - Copper
Lions’ teeth are strong because they eat meat which contains Copper. It can also be found in beans, lentils, chickpeas, fish, shellfish, cereals, nuts, eggs and raisins. Copper regulates our body and grows our teeth strong.
S01:E17 - Iron
A wolf tirelessly chases his prey. This is because he eats a lot of meat, which contains iron. Other foods with Iron featured and their benefits being explained. The episode is closed with a food chart.
S01:E18 - Fluorine
Fluorine can be found in toothpaste, fish, carrots, parsley, peaches and grapes. Fluorine makes our teeth strong, like those of the seals. These animals live in the water where Fluorine can also be found.

Otters eat fish which is the reason why they are so good hunters. Fish, shrimp, eggs, yogurt, cereals, nuts and meat contain phosphorus which protects teeth and provides us with lots of energy.
