Next up in our extensive renovation of the 1926 Kuppersmith Project house, we installed foam insulation in the walls and attic, hung drywall, painted the exterior, and began installing the kitchen cabinets.

The interior of the Kuppersmith Project house is taking shape as the cabinetry, moldings, and heart pine flooring are installed. Plus, we take sneak peak at the finished décor from designer Joe Boehm of Better Homes & Gardens magazine.
S13:E14 - The Kuppersmith Project 7: Yard & Countertops
We’re grading the lot and preparing for the driveway on the outside of the Kuppersmith Project house renovation. Meanwhile on the inside, we’re focused on installing the granite and quartz countertops in the kitchen and master bath.
S13:E15 - The Kuppersmith Project 8: Screens & Driveway
We’re tackling a number of projects outside on the Kuppersmith house, including installing motorized retractable screens and pouring the concrete driveway. Inside we’re putting in a shower surround and putting down a tile floor in the bathroom.
S13:E16 - The Kuppersmith Project 9: Floor & Patio
Work on the Kuppersmith Project – my extensive renovation of a 1926 Tudor style home – kicked into high gear with the sanding and finishing of the antique heart pine floors and installation of a beautiful paver patio.

From lattice to lawn irrigation, there are a lot of details that have to be addressed when tackling a major renovation like the Kuppersmith Project house.

My extensive renovation of the 1926 Kuppersmith Project home entered the home stretch with the plumbing and electrical fixtures and door hardware being installed. Outside, landscaping the yard of the historic home was underway.

The final touches are underway on the Kuppersmith Project before the decorators arrive. From landscaping and outdoor lighting to finishing the garage and installing door locks, my renovation of this historic 1926 home is almost complete.

After months of renovation and remodeling, followed by weeks of decorating from the design team at Better Homes and Gardens and Renovation Style magazines, the Kuppersmith Project house is finally finished, and it’s time to take the grand tour!
