Season 1 Episode 7 - The Loot From Richmond
Mr. Proctor, a friend of the Derringer family, is sent to New Orleans with a message from a former general in the Civil War. But before he is able to relay the message to Yancy, Mr. Proctor is assassinated, leaving Yancy to uncover the mystery behind the Confederate half dollar Mr. Proctor was carrying when he died.

Season 1
S01:E01 - Return to New Orleans
After receiving an urgent telegram from an old flame, Yancy returns to New Orleans only to discover that his family plantation, Waverly, has been turned into a gambling den. Aside from being pursued by some angry gamblers, Yancy learns John Colton, the City Administrator of New Orleans, wants to make a deal with him to reconstruct the plantation.
S01:E02 - Gallatin Street
Charged with cleaning up crime on the notorious Gallatin Street, Yancy finds himself against his best enemy, vice lord Toby Cook, owner of the Jumping Jack casino. However, Yancy hides an explosive trick up his sleeve - the tiny, noble sea captain of a ship crammed with the latest invention from Sweden. Backing up the unlikely duo is the silent, lethal Pahoo.
S01:E03 - Ticket to Natchez
When Yancy is asked to assist a U.S. Marshall in the river transport of $200,000 in Army payroll greenbacks, a charming young beauty by the name of Billie Jo James persuades Yancy to take her along up the river. When the ship is robbed, Yancy and Pahoo must protect the money, but it seems that the robbers have other plans.
S01:E04 - An Ace Called Spade
When a tombstone and funeral wreath are delivered to Administrator Colton, Yancy has 24 hours to prevent Colton being killed by the South's ace duelist, Spade Stuart. Meanwhile Colton is in an especially vulnerable situation as he is busy focusing on impressing a beautiful visitor from Boston to whom he has become smitten with!
S01:E05 - A Bullet for Bridget
Colton asks Derringer to investigate a freighter recently arrived from China, suspecting smuggling is involved. When Derringer learns that 13 passengers and crew died at sea during it's voyage to New Orleans, he takes a closer look at its passengers, particularly a cute Irish lass, a cousin of Madame Francine, who booked passage to America to find a husband.
S01:E06 - The Belle From Boston
New Orleans' underworld conspires to rub out administrator Colton right when Colton's sister Agatha finally arrives on a visit. Yancy expected a Boston battle-ax, but he's smitten with her charm and wit. Colton has a heavy workload, fending off crime czar Lance Carter, and wowing Agatha with his Reconstruction wizardry, while building a romantic blockade between her and Yancy.

S01:E08 - The Saga of Lonesome Jackson
Yancy investigates counterfeit money that's being passed throughout the French Quarter. His investigation brings him into contact with Lonesome Jackson, a miner who recently struck in rich & seeking a wife. The Treasury Department suspects Jackson because of the large bankroll he's carrying, but Yancy believes that the miner is being set up as a patsy by the real counterfeiters.
S01:E09 - Memo to a Firing Squad
Yancy assists in transporting a Presidential pardon intended to save a Southerner who sided with the Union army from an unjust death sentence. However, his delivery is derailed by army officer with vengeance in his heart who attempts to carry out the execution anyway. Now Yancy must find a way to ease the last vestiges of the Civil War before someone dies!
S01:E10 - Three Knaves From New Haven
Yancy investigates when several shopkeepers along Duquense Street pay twice as much for what their property is worth, & are subsequently robbed & murdered. He learns that a projected railroad spur is to be built to the waterfront through that shopping district and unscrupulous Northerners plan to use illegal means to grab all the available real estate before the project is officially announced.
S01:E11 - Marble Fingers
Derringer is falsely accused of complicity in a waterfront property theft. Administer Colton manages to get Matthew Younger to drop the charges, but Yancy discovers the accuser may be throwing charges around to conceal the real perpetrators. His investigations lead him to a waterfront dive and its grave-robbing habitués.
S01:E12 - Old Dixie
Christmas in New Orleans may not be particularly festive in the Derringer household this year. Nancy learns his Uncle, a government engraver, has been murdered & the plates for the new hundred-dollar bill has disappeared. While Yancy searches for the murderer, his old hound-dog Dixie shows up at his family home proving to be the only one who can lead Yancy to where the family treasure is buried.
S01:E13 - Two of a Kind
Yancy learns that there are two men impersonating him and Pahoo, running wild around New Orleans, and committing crimes for which he and Pahoo are being charged. A vengeance-seeking woman is convinced these imposters have stolen her family fortune, leaving it up to Yancy and Pahoo to clear their names and track down the real criminals.
S01:E14 - Nightmare on Bourbon Street
A madman steals ten cases of dynamite from the city arsenal and announces his intention of reducing New Orleans to rubble. As explosions rock the city, Yancy, Colton, and Captain Fry attempt to track down the bomber. A beautiful widow visiting town claims to be a witness to the explosion, but Yancy is suspicious of her motives.
S01:E15 - The Fair Freebooter
River pirates, led by the beautiful Coco LaSalle, attacks and robs Yancy's boat, stealing a diamond necklace belonging to the Mexican government. In order to recover the necklace, Yancy makes a deal with LaSalle and escorts her to the masked ball for Mardi Gras.
S01:E16 - Mayhem at the Market
Miss Duval's servant is killed trying to prevent her flower stand from being destroyed after a protection racket threatens to gain control of the French Market. In utter fear for their lives, the merchants refuse to step forward to Administrator Colton with an official accusation. Yancy and Pahoo decide to help the stall owners battle the thugs.
S01:E17 - The Night the Russians Landed
Yancy & Pahoo rescue Grand Duke Alexis, the hard-partying heir to the Russian throne, from a band of assassins. Colton agrees that the best chance to keep the Grand Duke safe is to rent Madame Francine's gambling club for the evening, but Francine's girls begin to wonder how safe they are from the Russian heir's roving eye!
S01:E18 - A Game of Chance
The winner of New Orleans' $100,000 lottery is murdered before she can collect. The lottery administrator is convinced he was the target of the gunmen. Yancy plots to force the killer to reveal who hired him by rounding up the Bourbon Street riffraff to act as a lynch mob and scare the truth out of the killer.
S01:E19 - Panic in Town
A caped clown pummeling ladies for their locks of hair panics New Orleans. The authorities are utterly powerless against the maniac, causing a vigilante mob to form! This league led by a carpetbagger from Providence, targets Yancy's activities too. Yancy along with Pahoo must pursue the clown-masked madman while protecting the women in French Quarter.
S01:E20 - Hell and High Water
With the Mississippi River rising towards a record flood, the only thing that could save New Orleans would be to punch a hole in a levee up-river. Such an action would inundate Lady Charity's new plantation & she isn't willing to allow it! Yancy and Colton try to negotiate, but Lady Charity refuses to budge and instead turns to escaped convict, Rogue Donovan, to protect her land.
S01:E21 - The Louisiana Dude
Yancy wins a half-share of a Virginia City silver mine and must immediately utilize its assets when the boiler on his riverboat blows up. To collect his assets, he travels to Virginia City, where he meets his beautiful partner, Julia Bulette. She explains that the mine dried out, but Yancy soon discovers that workers from a neighboring mine have been stealing their valuable ore.
S01:E22 - Longhair
Pahoo is accused of an assassination attempt on the General Custer and taken into custody. Custer disregards Yancy's explanation that the weapons are from a different tribe than Pahoo's Pawnee. Meanwhile, Yancy discovers that he is being stalked by a Native American seeking revenge for a past wrong.
S01:E23 - Thunder on the River
When Mississippi riverboats sink in record numbers, Yancy investigates if these shipwrecks are an act of sabotage. He joins aboard the Southern Belle, owned by a fiery redhead, which ends up being the latest victim in a suspicious string of wrecks. Yancy finds a connection between the murder of Charlie Webster and a dispatch key belonging to a ship pilot.
S01:E24 - The Gun That Murdered Lincoln
Yancy is arrested on a charge of high treason. His crime: selling John Wilkes Booth the gun that killed President Abraham Lincoln! While Derringer is held in solitary confinement, his friends must refute forged evidence and find where the his matched set of pistols, the ones alleged purchased by Booth, were hidden when renegades ransacked his plantation during the Civil War.
S01:E25 - Collector's Item
Yancy traces a group of beautiful blonde crooks to an old mansion where he learns that the pair were targeting pickpockets, crooked gamblers and thieves to pay for a half-dozen orphans that Elsie Tulliver had adopted. Yancy arranges for photographer Mathew Brady and pickpocket Jody Barker to help him with a scheme to raise money for Elsie's children.
S01:E26 - Fire on the Frontier
When renegades attack peaceful Pawnee villages, Pahoo, Yancy and Colorado Charlie travel to Washington, D.C. with John Colton's letter of introduction in an attempt to enforce the terms of the Tablecreek Treaty made with the tribe. An administrator of the War Department, along with his gunrunning crony, attempt to obstruct Pahoo's mission by taking political, social, and violent steps against him.
S01:E27 - Duel at the Oaks
Yancy agrees to "shoot" Charles LeBow in a fake duel in order to smoke out the man who's trying to kill LeBow. During the mock funeral, they find LeBow's partner shot dead in what should have been LeBow's empty coffin. Colton, who suspects a larger conspiracy is at work, attempts to take Derringer in as a material witness, terms to which Yancy does not find himself obliged.
S01:E28 - The Wayward Warrior
Pirate queen Coco LaSalle convinces Yancy to back her fighter against the mighty heavyweight called the Tennessee Slasher. While Derringer organizes the illegal fight away from the city administrator's prying eyes, he also searches for a cache of Spencer repeating rifles recently stolen from the federal armory at Port Hudson.
S01:E29 - A State of Crisis
When John Colton is promoted and ordered back to Washington, General Wheeler takes his place with orders to break up a nation-wide counterfeiting gang that is based in New Orleans. However, Yancy objects to General Wheeler's tactics of investigation, particularly the raiding of every gambling house in the city, putting him at odds with the new administrator.
S01:E30 - Outlaw at Liberty
Yancy receives an urgent letter from a friend who once saved his life and his now on trial for a murder he didn't commit. He, Pahoo and Colorado Charlie travel to Missouri and learn that Jesse James has framed his friend for the crime. By the time Yancy and his friends arrive, he has only 24 hours to prove that his friend has been falsely convicted.
S01:E31 - V as in Voodoo
On St. John's Eve, the city becomes terrorized by a mysterious voodoo priestess who is believed to perform a ritual as a means of covering up a murder. Colton is skeptical until he learns that a visitor engaged to the younger Dubois sister, has received a voodoo doll on behalf of the older sister. Yancy decides to observe the voodoo ritual to combat these superstitions.
S01:E32 - The Quiet Firecracker
Yancy's plans to visit his silver mine in Virginia City are delayed when Mei Ling is arrested for allegedly smuggling opium. She claims that she ordered Chinese fireworks from her cousin in San Francisco and believes someone must have hid the drugs during its shipment. Yancy agrees to travel to California and investigate the shipping company responsible for sending the fireworks.
S01:E33 - Gone but Not Forgotten
Yancy and Pahoo take a train to Virginia City to check on the silver mine Yancy partially owns. On the way, a woman and man try to prevent their arrival by ambushing them. When they finally arrive to Virginia City, Yancy finds a gravestone with his name on it. Matters become more strange when he learns that the granddaughter of his mining partner has been kidnapped.
S01:E34 - Two Tickets to Promontory
Yancy wins two tickets to Promintory, Utah, to attend the celebration where the transcontinental railroad would be linked. He learns that conspirators representing freight lines and stagecoaches plan to destroy one of the trains in order to continue providing their slower, more expensive service. To make matters worse, Yancy's name has been used to purchase the dynamite for their diabolical plan.
