Season 1 Episode 2 - Donegal to Mississauga (Canada)
Nuala and husband Packie run the Curlew Cafe in Kerrykeel, Co. Donegal, which specialises in seafood as all the seafood served is caught locally by Nuala's husband Packie who is a lobster fisherman. Catherine visits with Nuala and Packie to learn the secrets of making these dishes before heading to Canada to recreate it for Nuala's brother Mark.

S01:E01 - Dublin to San Sebastian
In this episode Catherine visited sisters Linda Kennedy & Fiona Kennedy, Linda is based in Dublin and her sister is living in San Sebastián and their taste of home was Fish Pie. Her parents had lived abroad working all over the world, and by the time Linda arrived they had settled in Limerick.

Sheila Kirwan lives in Clonegal, Co.Carlow. Sheila lives with her husband Joe who is also a very good cook when needed. They grow a lot of their own produce, both fruit & veg, and like to attend the local farmer markets weekly in Enniscorthy.
S01:E04 - Clare to Barcelona
Katie Maher lives in Ennis, Co. Clare with her husband Tony. Katie is the mother of 4 boys Michael 27; James 25; Peter 21 & Stephen 17. Michael has ben living away from home, firstly in Germany for a number of years and in February he moved to live in Barcelona, Spain. Katie's family owned and ran a bakery in Ennis until 2000 so good food was always a feature of their lives.
S01:E05 - Dublin to Portland (USA)
Jacinta Baille lives in Dublin with her husband Adrian and her two daughters Emily (4) & Anabel (2). Her sister Savina lives in Portland Oregon with her husband Tony and daughters Nicola and Louise.
S01:E06 - Navan to Dubai
Lynda Gibbons lives in Navan with her husband William and daughter Sophie and one brother who is 5 years younger than her. It's her cousin Aoife who we visit in Dubai. As kids, cousins Lynda and Aoife are up spending holidays and weekends together and share a strong bond, and when Linda's parents became ill Aoife dropped everything and was on the first plane home to help.
