Goro Mutsumi, an unhappy young man down on his luck. One day, a fortune teller told him that his lucky would change. As he returned to his apartment, three strange girls were there sitting. In fact, these were his pets in the past, a goldfish, a parakeet, and a hamster that have returned as guardian angels to protect Goro. While it does seem his luck has changed, this was only the beginning of his further hardships...

Ran, Tsubasa, and Kurumi have been having feelings for Goro and not achieving good results. Tamami, a cat, arrives and everyone begins to make a fuss because of her appearance.

Mika, a rabbit, and Nana, a dog, arrive with a clock so the now six people can continue to take care of Goro with equal amounts of time. The idea is they will be able to protect Goro without any issues... That is, what one would expect...

After being restrained for 24-hours, Goro collapsed! Ayumi, a turtle, and Akane, a fox, arrive to also take care of him. Now that there are eight guardian angels, they find themselves always quarrelling. The guardian angels managed to take care of Goro, but when he awoke, everyone was gone...

Goro and the young trio win an invitation ticket for an indoor pool! Ran is upset since she sees how clingy Mika is being to Goro. Her feelings continue to sway, when she noticed her jealousy for Mika and her position as a guardian angel.

The guardian angels have been spending their days calmly. However, gradually, the magic of the Four Sacred Beats being to approach them and Goro. It starts when Tamami disappears, and then Ayumi, Tsubasa, and Yuki, disappear one after another. A letter from the Four Sacred Beasts is delivered to the remaining guardian angels calling for Goro

What action will Goro take as the anger of the Four Sacred Beasts continues to increase, but their powers appear to no longer work...

Goro's parents call him asking him to come home to help since they are so busy, but there seems to be something waiting...

Goro and the guardian angels return to their original daily lives after refusing the matchmaking from his parents. But one day, the woman his parents were trying to match him with visits Goro!
