Keep it consistent - do this ab workout 3-4 times a week on nonconsecutive days. For a more intense workout, increase reps, add weights, or repeat the routine. Do cardio on the other days for quicker results and remember that diet is crucial when it comes to revealing a cut and carved midsection. Eat a well balanced and clean diet that consists of mostly whole foods, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest.
