With the new semester just beginning, Adena, Tanis and Cameron are all trying to adjust to the ways of Cascadia without Squib and Cody. Little do they know the two are on the way to return & their new relationship may be coming to a quick end. Meanwhile the girls vs boys competition to decide who will get the bigger rooms is becoming cut throat as cheating is abound!

Since returning to Cascadia, Squib has just been lazing around on the Myer's couch, but Mr. Myer's tells him, that whether he's reenrolled or not, he has to be leave. Bates refuses to let him in unless he stops dating Cody, though Adena may have an idea to subvert this. Meanwhile Sunny's latest rampage causing too much trouble for the new Coach, so Cameron is tasked to find her a friend.

Cody & Squib must keep their romance a secret, or else Squib is as good as gone. So, since Rick still has a major crush on Cody, Squib convinces Cameron to give him a few tips in order to make it "feel real". Only, Rick goes to the extremes to impress her. Meanwhile Adena & Tanis find a lost puppy & decide to keep it, all the while preparing for a two against one against Sunny.

A new student, Nate, comes to Cascadia, whom Cody forms a connection with. Squib is getting jealous of Nate so he attempts to find some dirt on him. Though since his father is President Bates, thats all the dirt he needs! Adena finds a racket that she believes belonged to a famous tennis player, but when Tanis and Rick figure out it belongs to someone else, they need to stop her from using it!

When an exchange student named Tomiko transfers to Cascadia, Rick falls for her and goes outta his way to impress her. Cody offers to help, but for once Rick may actually know what he is doing. Meanwhile, Cameron & Squib's relationship goes South as Cameron is forced to focus more on being a coach than a player. Their tension culminates in a head to head game.

Squib finds a draft of a book that contains the secrets of all the gang, & paints Cascadia in a bad light. If it gets out it could jeopardize the School & their reputations! Soon the group accuses Cody of writing it & a fracture in their relationships forms. Meanwhile Sunny has been acting really weird lately, even her playing is being affected. It's Cameron's assignment to find out what's wrong.

After a rash of outbursts, Tanis is on thin ice with President Bates & is told to cool it or else. Cameron and Adena try to help Tanis calm down, but they turn her into a hippie & she suffers a string of losses. Now they need to find a way to annoy her, which isn't as easy as it seems. Cody has her pictures called 'soft' so she brings everything to a new extreme.

The regular gang (plus Rick and Sunny) get to go on vacation to the beach! President Bates soon deserts them & reveals that this was a ruse for them all to learn survival instincts. Initially hesitant, the group soon find that the games they have to play games can win them prizes! Soon alliances and promises start to form and break.

While smuggling some chocolate into Cascadia, Squib falls off the roof & injures his arm. He gets Cameron to lie about it for him, & the doctor gives Squib painkillers, which makes him fall asleep. When Squib wakes up he has to go to one of the courts, and he actually gets a trial by his friends. If he loses the trial, then he loses his gift to play tennis!

Sunny's agent goes out looking for new blood & Sunny is not happy about the idea her agent is after Tanis. Meanwhile Cameron is helping Cody with a documentary about the dark side of tennis, & how "Evil" agents are. Now a reluctant Sunny, & Cody must team up to achieve their own goals & keep Tanis from making a mistake!

Cody's older sister Candy comes to town for a visit much to Cody's annoyance. As Candy is charming all of her friends & staging Cody's gallery showing, Cody feels like she is being over shadowed by her. Squib tries to advise Cody, with his experience from his older brother doing the same just like Squib with his brother. Meanwhile Adena has her eyes on Nate, who is more like her than she thought.

Cody buys a new car thats really a clunker painted to look like a cow. The group thinks it's awesome. Yet, when it comes to having to fix up the car, they have no time, so Nate decides to help fix it up. When they're done they decide on a road trip, only problem is they forgot to get gas. Meanwhile Cameron's sponsors want to make him their spokesperson, and everybody starts to imitate Cameron.

The annual tournament between Cascadia and Brentwood has come around again. The usual cocky Cascadia A-Listers get a rude awaking when Brentwood steps up their game. To make matters worse, if they don't win the tournament Cascadia will be shut down. Now they have to find a way to beat Brentwood's finest who look very familiar. Meanwhile Nate tries to encourage Cody to get back into photography.
