Frank the Firetruck can’t fight the fires because his hose is broken! He goes to Tom for some help, but when Frank gets a dose of Tom’s latest invention, he turns into a baby!

It’s Halloween and Tom helps Jerry dress-up as a ghost! Jerry’s realistic costume starts to scare everyone and Tom has to create an invention to fix the ghostly situation.
