Mickey and his pal Freddy launch a home-made space ship to the moon. They land in outer space, but there are no moon men around only cows.

Mickey gets a moonlighting job as a TV Disc Jockey when he gets himself mixed up with a gang of robbers that the police are looking for.
S01:E04 - Double Trouble
Mickey envies a successful French author. When he comes to town, Mickey goes to see him and, believing the his life is in danger, doubles for him.
S01:E06 - The Grunion Hunt Mystery
Mickey gets in deep water when his steady girlfriend can't make his date planned for a grunion hunt and he takes a blind date out instead.

Mickey and his pal Freddy decide to go on their own safari hunt and inadvertently release the studio's lion.

Mickey learns that his girlfriend Pat is flirting with an actor on the set of a western, so he and Joey head on out as a couple of cowpokes.

Mickey enters a Boxing Bout to raise money for the local charity. The betting is heavy, but most of the wagers are placed on Mickey's opponent.

When Mickey shows some home movies including a scene of his boss embracing another woman, he and his pal pretend to be princes to lure the woman away.

A pair of jewel thieves grabs a valuable diamond and hides the jewel in Mickey's golf ball during the company's annual tournament.

Mickey believes he is being passed over for a promotion because he's short.

Mickey's mother decides to sell the family house when advised to do so by her deceased sister.
S01:E15 - The Voice
Mickey goes to the doctor's after his allergies cause him to lose his voice. The Doctor gives him an injection which has surprising results.

In a beauty contest for "Miss IBC", Mickey enters the homely, graceless phone girl and tries to make a lady of her with some quick lessons in charm.
S01:E17 - Fan Mail
Mickey and his pal help out their boss when he's called on the carpet for producing a low-rated TV show.
S01:E18 - Scoop Mulligan
Mickey decides it's time for a change of workplace and applies at the local newspaper.
S01:E19 - The Fur Coat
Mickey finds out how much a fur coat means to a woman. Problem is he can't tell the difference between muskrat, chinchilla, rabbit and mink.
S01:E20 - The Basketball Star
Mickey uses trick shoes to try out for the network basketball team.
S01:E21 - The Wedding Present
Mickey is selected by the network staff to collect money to purchase a wedding gift...money that he immediately loses.

Mickey receives a mysterious letter intended for his father and enlists his pal to apprehend a jewel smuggling ring after an Egyptian mummy's jewels.
