The Raaja attacks a power station and SEED tries stop it. Due to fear and anger, Juna loses herself and releases her powers...

Chris forces Juna to an unfrequented mountain for body purification. Tokio failed to prevent this, but decides to rescue her.

Tokio miraculously joins with Juna in the mountain, where they encounter a mysterious old man. However, the Raaja is not far.

Back from the mountain, Juna has difficulties to bear the life in city, due to her powers showing her painful things.

Juna's father comes back to the family, but his relation with Juna is tense. Meanwhile, daily life is like a monster to Juna.

Cindy feels helpless toward weakening Chris, and decides to bring Juna to him. But powers are unsealed when she touches him.

Juna witnesses Tokio while he is meeting with Sayuri and feels shaken. Cindy claims to Juna their relationship is over indeed.

Juna infiltrates an institute that may be biohazardous. Tokio's father is in charge there, but he rejects her assertions.

Juna is suddenly sent to New York where she sees a civilization built on trash. Meanwhile, Tokio is invited to Sayuri's house.
