Eric’s inspiration for returning to his past is revealed as he reunites with Christian, and his need to repress it diminishes while there. Elicious fearlessly defends Eric.

Will makes a connection with Eric while at his hospital bedside. Eric's desire to hit the ground running is set back when he starts his first day at the city's only Gay newspaper.
