Today's flow is all about backbends. All that shoulder opening you did is going to be tremendously helpful as you get into your backbends.

Endurance intervals! It's still high-intensity interval training, but your intervals are going to be 45 seconds long, and your rest portions will be 15 seconds. Yoga meets HIIT.

This practice is a beautiful way to help nourish your joints, balance your body, and help you get really restful sleep, which is essential for your health.

Amped up cardio flow where you go through your sun salutations, but adding some spice to them.

Twists and side bend movements we don't typically do daily, so our brain loves it when we take one side of our body and cross it over the other to help coordination and balance.

After yesterday's intense shoulder work, this video will help you open those shoulders, get great posture, and boost your hormones.

Day 25 is a special deep burn flow. In this critical video, you learn to get deep into those muscles, especially your stabilizer muscle.

Yin Yoga is modeled after the same meridian lines that you might work on in acupuncture. Today's video focuses on the liver and gallbladder meridians

You're almost there, day 29! This one is a total body power flow, so everything is moving from head to toe.

You made it! Day 30! The final workout is a HIIT yoga fusion that you should be used to by now. You'll definitely feel the burn and afterwards you'll be feeling great!
