In Western Australia, Jason visits vineyards, goes on a food adventure for crayfishes, truffles, and finger limes, and visits a Brazilian food in Perth city.

Jason immerses himself in the natural world by visiting Cradle Mountain and Weindorfer's Forest Walk. He also experiences Hobart's cafe culture and hunts for fresh seafood.

Jason catches his own lunch at Buxton trout farm, visits a stone fruit orchard, learns how to make sausages at The Green Olive, and learns secrets of cooking from Guy Grossi.
