Jason visits Australia's oldest winery in Adelaide, has a memorable visit in one of Australia's top dining experiences, and rides a bike through the sensational Barossa Valley.

In Western Australia, Jason visits vineyards, goes on a food adventure for crayfishes, truffles, and finger limes, and visits a Brazilian food in Perth city.

Jason immerses himself in the natural world by visiting Cradle Mountain and Weindorfer's Forest Walk. He also experiences Hobart's cafe culture and hunts for fresh seafood.

Jason takes part in some cooking at the award-winning Marque restaurant, meets with an up-and-coming pastry chef at The Blackstar Pastry, and tries grape stomping and quad biking.
