The Spaniel with too much spring in her step is sent on a course with specialist dog trainer Kathy Butler to calm her nerves and take her paw off the pedal. Inspector Herchy Boal becomes surrogate mother to adorable puppies that are less than a week old. Her workload gives her limited time with them so she passes them onto professional puppy fosterer Bev Taft. Follow their progress with Herchy as they find new homes. Inspector Justin Stubbs encounters one of the most visually shocking cases of his career when an injured stray dog comes into his care. Inspector Kate Fletcher revisits a dog she rescued from series 2 and is close to her heart. Remember Fleur, a German shepherd cross on the brink of starvation?
