Here the horse faces a whole new challenge, struggling to become wild again.

The Skyros Horses of Greece can be found not only in the country's hills and plains, but also inits famous monuments such as the Parthenon. For thousands of years this incredible horse has stood alongside great heroes in battle, and it still survives as a national Greek treasure.

This is the Shangri La of horsedom, where wealth is measured in hoofed gold and the quality of a man and his history is reflected in the honor he shows to his herd. The film features the daring riders of this high Himalayan region - a culture vanishing before our eyes.
