Tonight we ride the break north to Queensland as surfer dads PAUL and BLAIR serve up a feast. Their passion stems from Balinese influences and these teachers love cooking for their families but have they done enough kitchen homework to gain top marks? Our cooking teams each take turns to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant for one pressure-cooker night. They’ll serve up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow contestants but our esteemed judges too. It’s state versus state, plate against plate, as 12 teams-of-two attempt to out-dine and out-wine each other to see whose kitchen rules.
