Tunnel Rat is kidnapped by Scrap-Iron and forced to test a brainwave-controlled weaponized exo-suit; in order to rescue him, Roadblock allows himself to be taken as well.
S01:E04 - Dreadnoks Rising
Zartan and his motorcycle gang terrorize a small town and it's up to the Joes to put a stop to them.
S01:E05 - The Package
Major Bludd, a mercenary hired by the Baroness, tracks down a target for assassination; luckily the Joes are on hand to run interference.
S01:E06 - Return of the Arashikage (Pt. 1)
The Joes take refuge at Snake Eyes' dojo and as they train they discover insight into Snake Eyes' checkered past with Storm Shadow.
S01:E07 - Return of the Arashikage (Pt. 2)
After Storm Shadow ambushes the Joes and kidnaps Jinx, the team must regroup and hunt down their attacker.
S01:E08 - Busted
While buying parts for the Coyote, Duke is arrested and taken to prison; the rest of the Joes must break him out before Flint and Lady Jaye track him down.
S01:E09 - The Enemy of My Enemy
With the help of an inside source, the Joes infiltrate a Cobra stronghold where Mindbender and McCullen work together to produce the ultimate exo-armor weapon.
S01:E10 - Fire Fight
The Joes locate a bio-viper manufacturing facility and are met with resistance from Firefly, a Cobra saboteur who threatens to burn the surrounding town to the ground.
S01:E11 - Homecoming (Pt. 1)
When Cobra targets his family, Duke heads home to protect them while the rest of the team infiltrates Cobra's Christmas party.
S01:E12 - Homecoming (Pt. 2)
As Flint and Lady Jaye transport the Joes into custody via train, Baroness moves to intercept them to regain control of the drive that holds Cobra's secrets.
S01:E13 - Brothers of Light
On a mission to capture Mindbender, the Joes become entranced and are trapped in a cult-like commune run by the eerily charismatic twin brothers Tomax and Xamot.
S01:E14 - Knockoffs
Flint and Lady Jaye use Zartan to track the Joes, who in turn track the Baroness while transporting a high-tech camouflage suit to Cobra Commander.
S01:E15 - Whiteout
The Joes head to Canada to hide out with a less than welcoming Snow Job, and are unknowingly followed by Storm Shadow and the prototype Shadow-Vipers.
S01:E16 - Shipwrecked
The Joes enlist the help of sea captain Shipwreck to help them transport a canister of evidence abducted from a Cobra lab; unfortunately the trip is anything but smooth sailing.
S01:E17 - Castle Destro
Investigating Cobra's "BioDag" delivery system, the Joes travel to Scotland where they become trapped inside Destro's castle! A game of cat and mouse ensues as the Joes search for an escape from the deadly mansion.
S01:E18 - Union of the Snake
