Tim has upped his game on his latest beer batter recipe that is not only tasty on fish but perfect for Onion Rings as well! Add in a side of homemade coleslaw and some hush puppies for the perfect meal. Not into frying? Try some Pecan and Maple Syrup Encrusted Walleye in the oven!

S01:E01 - Colonel Style Chicken
We’ve got a meal fit for a Colonel. Make a baked version of Fried Chicken with some tasty herbs and spices that taste awfully familiar. Roast a side of Sweet Butternut Squash like Nicki’s Mom used to make with Old Fashioned Mayonnaise Biscuits and Homemade Cheesy Creamed Spinach for a full meal.
S01:E02 - Pizza, Fish, and Grandbabies
We’re heading to Stanford to taste some made from scratch pizza (with a dough recipe from Italy!). Then it’s back to the kitchen with Chino to bake some parmesan crusted fish. Go fishing with the Grandbabies for Walleye and Sauger and have the vet come out to check on Maybelle’s feet.
S01:E03 - Stuffed Veal and Coffee With Doc
Tim and Nicki are back from Florida and brought a tasty recipe with them! Grandma’s stuffing filled Veal with a side of crunchy green beans. Mix up a creek brûlée coffee or a bourbon flavored coffee for a pick me up, and learn about the dangers of too much sugar with Doctor Matt.

We’re celebrating Nicki’s Birthday with a full “interesting” meal! Smoke a whole gator wrapped in bacon, chop up from ramps for a tasty dip, mix together an “Everything But the Kitchen Sink” pasta salad and dig in Grandma Kalokerino’s recipe book for a classic peach cake for dessert.
