A Hollywood caricature spot-gag cartoon that begins with a shot of Hollywood at night, the spotlights swaying to the conga beat. We then truck in Circo's where dinners are $50. "Six months to pay, small down payment!" / Bugs Bunny challenges Cecil Turtle to a race. After Bugs takes off, Cecil calls some friends to help him out. Everywhere Bugs goes he sees another turtle, believing it is always Cecil. / A dopey dog goes sniffing down Bug's hole to find a rabbit. While he digs, Bugs comes out and watches. The bunny gives him a big kiss on the face and the dog chases after him in hot pursuit.
