Drew realizes that he wants to marry his girlfriend, Kate, and buys an expensive engagement ring. Unfortunately, Drew's ruthless boss, Mr. Nigel Wick, asks the employees to emulate the show "Survivor" and vote for someone to be terminated. The employees choose Drew. With Mimi giving references, the only job Drew can find is in the cafeteria of his former high school. Humiliated and covered in food after an altercation with a football player, Drew proposes marriage to Kate ... and she accepts.
