As the 15 bachelorettes settle into their luxurious villa in Malibu, the fairytale begins. On his first group date, Womack takes seven of the striking women to Del Mar Racetrack, where their all-access pass allows them into the paddock with the horses, to the starting gate and into a luxury VIP box right next to a section with San Diego Chargers star linebacker SHAUN PHILLIPS. Womack offers a rose to one lucky bachelorette, keeping her safe for the next rose ceremony, as jealousy runs rampant among the remaining women. Back at the villa, one of the ladies has a scary accident and is immediately rushed to the hospital, making it impossible for her to go on the next group date, which finds the other seven women and the Bachelor going on the sexiest date in "Bachelor" history: The ladies are treated like the stars who frequent the Polaroid Beach House. During a seductive day of swimming and surfing, Womack gets closer to some of the women, sharing valuable one-on-one time and even giving out his first kiss. Another woman is the lucky recipient of a rose as the other envious ladies look on. But the highlight comes when the group is taking a steamy dip in the hot tub, and Solisa removes her top and streaks to the ocean to cool off. An emotional and intense cocktail party begins as Womack needs to make another difficult decision. Bettina thinks the timing is right to tell Womack about her recent divorce, but will she have the courage to do it? Jenni breaks down when she overhears other women talking about her being there for the wrong reasons. Her biggest fear comes true when Jade tells Womack all about it. Later, Womack must eliminate three ladies at the rose ceremony, leaving 12 bachelorettes to stay in the race for his heart.
