Description: Contestants will start on the roof of The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas approx. 300 feet above the strip. A tank is filled with Piranha and 10 pig kidneys, 7 of which will need to be picked up off the bottom using only their mouth. The contestants are allowed to eat up to six cave spiders. For every spider they eat (up to six) they will be awarded two gaming chips.
