It's said that immense sums of money confiscated from organized crime get transported to a Swiss bank by ICPO, once a year. Naturally Lupin wants a piece of that action, so he steals the armed security vehicle along with Zenigata in it. But Fujiko betrays him, so he has to ride a horse driven carriage instead. Meanwhile Zenigata lies in wait at the border. Now what will Lupin do?
