S06:É09 - S06:E09 - Flying Boat Flag Snag / Crab Dump Escape / Dual Ice Box

Two contestants will be driving a boat down a buoy path while connected to a helicopter above. On go the helicopter will lift the boat 20 feet out of the water to reveal a cargo net hanging underneath the boat from one side to the other. The contestants must climb outside and underneath the boat, traversing the cargo net to the other side while unclipping as many flags as they can before falling into the water below. Whichever couple can unclip the most flags the fastest before falling wins. Both contestants will begin the stunt on their knees inside a plexiglas tank. On go hundreds of dungeness crabs will be dumped into the tank through 4-6 12" diameter pipes, during which time the tank will also be filling with water. Some of the crabs will have keys attached to their bellies. The contestants must find the keys on the crabs and use them to unlock color coded caps (corresponding to the colors of the keys) and then use the caps to plug the pipes that are releasing the crabs and water. Contestants will be standing in a plexi box that is approximately eight feet high, six feet- by-three feet wide, that is suspended over water. Each contestant will be standing in a foot of ice on either side of a dividing wall that contains a small transfer hole. On go the box will begin to fill with ice, and one contestant must transfer pegs to their partner who must place the pegs as fast as they can before getting buried in ice. After a predetermined amount of time, the bottom will drop out releasing all of the ice and the contestants to the water below. Whichever couple can transfer the most pegs before being dropped will win.
