Alan Davies returns for what’s set to be an even bigger and better third series of The Dog Rescuers. Deputy Chief Inspector Matt Gough goes to assist a fellow inspector who needs his help removing multiple dogs from a property in Stapleford Abbotts, Essex. We catch up with Stanley, a long haired terrier cross rescued by Matt Gough and his team from the farm in Stapleford Abbotts. Karen has drafted in a professional dog photographer to take photos of him and her other rescue dog Regi, a lurcher. On the 6th of May 2015 Inspector Jason Bowles is called to a house in Lancashire where an English Bull Terrier called Kera is walking with a mysterious limp. We catch up with Herchy Boal as she visits Duke a black Labrador she rescued in series 2. Duke was emaciated and suffering from severe fur loss but now, with the help of new owners, he is a different dog. Inspector Anthony Joynes attends Wirral Magistrate Court for the trial of Marley and Zena, the two staffie crosses he rescued earlier in the series.
